Office On The Run Rates and Terms
You will be billed only for the time we spend working for you. Our rates are set based on the type of support you need. Our standard rates are outlined below. We also offer retainer packages .
- CAD $30/hr
- Rushed jobs will be charged a 25% premium (this includes weekend work)
- New customers receive a 10% discount
- Retainer of 50% is required in advance
- 50% will be billed upon completion
- We charge back expenses such as, postage, travel time, long distance calls, courier, and any additional supplies needed to complete a project.
